Cancellation Policy
Whilst we understand, unexpected things can happen. To avoid unforeseen circumstances we recommend travel insurance.
* Within 14 days: $30 Administration/credit card charge fee
* Within 7 days: Incur a 50% cancellation fee, minimum of one nights room rate
* Within 48 hours or no show: 100% of the booking tariff will be debited from the credit card account provided as security. A full refund (less $30 administration/credit card charge fee) if the room is rebooked.
